FAQ
TRAVEL & ENTRY
What airport should I fly into?
Fly into Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). It's about 45 minutes from Punta Mita and Sayulita.
Which airport should I fly out of?
If you're coming from San Diego, we recommend flying out of Tijuana (TIJ). There are nonstop flights to Puerto Vallarta, and fares are usually much cheaper than from San Diego or LA. You can walk straight into the Tijuana terminal from the U.S. side using the Cross Border Xpress (CBX) bridge. You'll need a CBX ticket and your passport.
Is transportation from the airport provided?
Airport transportation isn't provided. The easiest option is to book a private transfer ahead of time. Authorized airport taxis are also available at PVR, and Uber works too if you walk across the pedestrian bridge just outside the terminal.
Is transportation provided to the wedding events?
Yes! Shuttles pick up and drop off at Dreams Bahia Mita for every event. You'll find the full shuttle schedule on the Itinerary tab at the top of the page.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Where should we stay?
We recommend staying at Dreams Bahia Mita Surf & Spa in Punta de Mita, as that is where the shuttles pick up and drop off for all events. There's no room block, and rooms are first come, first serve, so we suggest booking soon!
What if I'd rather stay somewhere else?
No problem! An Airbnb in Punta Mita or Sayulita makes it easy to get to the wedding. It also keeps you a quick Uber from the Dreams shuttles. We're happy to help you choose an Airbnb, so just reach out.
